With emerging bessel-less screens in smartphones, manufactures find trouble placing the fingerprint sensor. Iphones decided to remove the touch-id completely while Samsung Mobile decided to move the sensor to the back. However future smartphones are going to have In-glass fingerprint sensors like FS9500 where you can unlock the phone by just touching the screen.
